• metapep will incur recurring costs to keep the Hoppers project running.

• metapep’s co-founders combined own about 12 Hoppers and 100 $FLY. This may change over time, but those are our current stats as of the acquisition announcement.

• metapep collects a platform fee on Hoppers’ native marketplace, which will be used to help offset operating costs.
